THG-Quota for public EV charging in Germany
Germany’s 38. BImSchV and THG-Quote framework connects eligible public charging electricity with a regulated commercial pathway involving UBA processes and Quotenhandel. e-Spark supports CPOs and Ladepunktbetreiber from charging-point identity and evidence through validation, submission and THG commercialisation. The first 50 eligible chargers receive free onboarding, followed by €25 per grid-connected charge point or €50 per direct-wiring connection; 15% of successfully realised revenue applies to all participating chargers.
